CHICAGO (CHICAGO URBAN DAILY)— Chicago doesn’t do Halloween small. And this year’s biggest bash is going bigger than ever.
“Death By Disco” — billed as the biggest Halloween party in Illinois — returns Friday, October 30, and Saturday, October 31, taking over three venues at once: Recess, City Hall, and Morgan Manufacturing. Doors open 8 p.m. both nights, and it’s 21 and older.
The numbers tell the story: two nights, three venues, more than 50 DJs, and multiple stages of music and mayhem. Organizers are promising snake charmers, palm readers, stilt walkers, go-go dancers, a silent disco, a wedding chapel, a halfpipe with skaters, an adult-size ball pit, and a confessional sin booth — plus fire pits and heaters on the patio to keep the October chill off.
Tickets start at $22.50, with one- or two-night options available.
If you’ve been waiting for a reason to pull that costume together, Chicago just handed you two of them.
